Day 7: Wind Chill!!!

Due to internet connection problems, we have had some delay in posting.  Please be patient, we haven't given up.

We left Whitecourt around 10 am in route to Buckinghorse River.

Mick was in a good mood because we both received $10.00 Esso gas gift cards for staying at the Lakeview Inn in Whitecourt.  Mick highly recommends the motel if your ever in the area!!!

It was 56 F when we left Whitecourt.

The High was 63 F.

We drove directly into a strong headwind all day.

Sometimes the wind was coming from the side

“Wind swept” cig butts six inches deep in the bucket.   You should have seen the look on the guys face watching me take this picture!

Made it to Dawson Creek.  The start of the Alaska Highway

The food was very good!

Sometimes we just can’t get enough of ourselves!
